Finance maintains compliance with tax and accounting regulations; the trading division maintains compliance with export regulations; fleet maintains compliance with transport and safety requirements.

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Asante Frimpong provides overall strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day running of the company. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of Ghana's logistics, transport and automotive sectors, and a commitment to operational excellence and sustainable business practice.
Under his supervision the company has expanded its service portfolio, strengthened its financial base and built a reputation for reliability and integrity.
